This is to inform the public that a public hearing will be held on the proposed FY2023 Community Transportation Program Application to be submitted to the North Carolina Department of Transportation no later than October 8, 2021. The public hearing will be held on September 7, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. before the Craven County Board of Commissioners.

The Community Transportation Program provides assistance to coordinate existing transportation programs operating in Craven, Jones, and Pamlico counties as well as provides transportation options and services for the communities within this service area. These services are currently provided using Fixed Route, ADA Complementary Paratransit, and Demand Response type service. Services are rendered by CARTS.
